Entry #25

2013 Fashion Design Challenge
Entry #25

From Once Upon A Dollie
I have a blog that needs desperate attention

For my first outfit, I am duplicating one of my favorites, with minor changes, such as of my sweater has stripes, I couldn't find the right material, so I had to settle for a solid color.

For the tank top I used a Cranberry red knit fabric.

The leggings are a black stretchy knit.

While the skirt is actually made from a piece of my first tiered skirt, with added lace.

And the knitted hat matches mine exactly.

Sweater in progress

All of these are worn as layers in my sketches and on my model,
A yoked Tank top with rounded pockets and Three buttons down the front  paired with a pair of black knit leggings.
A floral tiered skirt with a lace trimmings along the bottom, is worn with the tank tucked in to the waist Band, a grey knit sweater is worn over that, it has a thick neck line and a fake placket with two Buttons sewn on, the multicolored hat I knit on a loom helps to give the outfit a cozy look.
